Implementation of the Master Plan to Revamp the Quarter |

Some 35 years have passed since the renovation was initiated. An urban site that incorporates intensive residential, educational, tourism and commercial activities requires constant attention and maintenance. JQDC has developed a comprehensive Master Plan for the urban renewal of the Quarter, and we are active at all governmental and municipal levels to ensure the plan's implementation. These projects form a substantial part of the concept of presenting the Quarter as a resource for tourism, education and culture, and is of prime importance to Jerusalem.
• The Quarter's appearance:
Replacing the garbage room paving, gas rooms, lighting, shading and municipal enforcement
• Signposting: In response to tourism projects
• Infrastructure Master Plan - sewage, drainage, water and additional infrastructure.
