The Company has many unique and extremely valuable properties, including museums, some of which are in the open, parking lots, stores and public buildings that are rented out, archeological sites, etc.
The value of these properties is estimated at $100 million. This fact obligates the Company to care for the property – in effect property of the State – in a cautious and sensitive manner.
The Company has the management experience and expertise to ensure that the properties are managed from all the proper economic, tourism and legal perspectives.
